Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Standard shipping is Fedex, UPS ground, FOB – HongKong or Shenzhen. Pick-ups will be in HongKong or Shenzhen. Shipping is determined by the weight and destination. Actual freight charges will be billed to your credit card. Orders placed by 11:00 am PST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am PST will ship the next business day.

Returns:

All returns must be within 7 days of receiving the order, have a return authorization number, and are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.

Discrepancies or Damages:

All invoice discrepanies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Any damages must be accompanied by photos and may be returned upon request for evaluation.
